With today marking the start of Breast Cancer Awareness month, I wanted to reshare this video created by Dr Punam Krishan and Dr Jude Marshall, for the GGC, where they show us how to quickly examine our boobs for changes and abnormalities.

This video was created 3 years ago (when breast cancer awareness month had come to an end), but the examination remains the same.

You probably never expected to be taking part in a silent disco through the St Enoch centre, but expect the unexpected at the GGC takeover of the St Enoch because on Sunday 10th September Ya Dancer Silent Discos founder Gill Machaffie is going to be hosting Silent Disco's all day throughout the centre.
From a kid's silent disco, to dancing through the decades this will be a laugh and a half!
