With the aim of being as eco-conscious as poss, all GGC merch is made to order, which means there is absolutely no wastage when it comes to our products. This however means, that next day delivery is not an option for our merch. Sorry gals!

Our suppliers share our ethos of no wastage and so after we process an order we send it to our suppliers to work their magic from scratch. When complete, orders will be posted via Royal Mail direct to you. Our products should not take more than 30 days to arrive with you and our aim is to have your item to you within 2 weeks from the date we send it to our lovely suppliers. 

We currently have two delivery options listed on our website for shipping to UK mainland addresses. Standard Shipping (£2.99) and tracked shipping (£4.50).We would ALWAYS recommend opting for tracked shipping as sometimes items can get lost in transit.  If you choose standard shipping GGC has no way of finding out where your goods have got too. This is especially relevant at Christmas time!!  If you are looking to get your merch quicker than mentioned above, we can look into faster delivery options and chat to our suppliers on turnaround times, so please do contact us to discuss your order requirements.

Merch Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Action steps for returns/ exchanges 

Experiencing the dreaded buyers remorse with your merch? Or maybe you want to exchange an item? Fear not gals, we will sort!

Step 1: All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving order. 

Step 2: Email GGC HQ on hello@glasglowgirlsclub.com attaching a completed returns slip (click here to download). We’ll come back with some super quick and easy next steps!

 

Packaging your returns

 Our only ask is that your items be returned in their original condition. Pop them in to a suitable package and clearly label it with the reference number and address provided by our team via email. 

Please note! Using a tracked service gives you the security of knowing your items will get back to us safe and sound.

 

Processing times

Our team will confirm with you as soon as your return arrives at GGC HQ and then the refund should be in your account within 14 working days.
