‘GLOWTH’ is what we’re all about

The Glasglow Girls Club is a vibrant social and support community for women in Glasgow and beyond. What began as a Facebook group has grown into a powerful platform designed to help women connect, grow and glow—socially, personally and professionally.

Our Social Club Membership brings the inclusive spirit of our free community into a private space full of connection, confidence-building and real-life events. Whether you’re looking to make new friends, try something new or just bring more joy into your life, you’ll find your people here.

At GGC, we believe in GLOWTH — growth, support and showing up for yourself without pressure. We’re also proudly consciousness-raising, creating space for all women to feel seen, heard and celebrated.

What We Stand For

We’re proud to be consciousness-raising, meaning we bring women together to share, connect and grow in powerful ways – emotionally, socially, mentally, and creatively. Our club is built on:

So what does that actually mean if you join as a member? Here is our pledge to you…

To encourage our members to learn new things, through workshops and masterclasses – some with a discounted cost and some complimentary with the membership (like our library of lives which focus on empowerment, gardening, travel and beauty clinics that can all be found in the Media Hub)
To give our members a gentle nudge outside of their comfort zones (encouraging them to try new activities like paddleboarding)
To put a focus on health and wellbeing via our monthly fitness classes and mindful activities
To share as much knowledge on as many different topics as possible – for knowledge is power and we already have a catalogue of learnings saved in our Media Hub
To encourage discussion on literature, be it fictional or self-development, via our Book Club chat room

Are there any requirements as a member?

With this membership you get out what you put in. If you show up and get involved, your life and community will be impacted in the most amazing of ways. We have seen members become bridesmaids for each other, work with each other forge longlasting friendships. As with all memberships it is up to you what you get out of the membership by how much you use it and show up for it.

Are the virtual classes recorded if you can’t join in?

All of the classes are recorded and available to replay on demand.

Where can I see the upcoming planned events, what is the general discount to members and do you ever do members only events?

Head to our what’s on calendar now to find out the exciting upcoming events we have planned in. Members enjoy a minimum of a 10% discount, but often more. Yes we have a number of members only events and in fact, with the early release of tickets that members get, very often events sell out to them!

What are the membership options?

We have a monthly or a yearly membership option that can be cancelled at any time with no minimum requirements.

I have a business, can I opt for this membership and then upgrade it?

We would highly recommend selecting the business membership as you get all of the benefits of the Social Club as part of that membership. However if you would prefer to sign up to the social club first then you can upgrade anytime our membership is reopen.

All the GGC benefits for £8.40 per month

The GGC Social Club membership is just £8.40 per month or you can enjoy a pay-in-full discount at £68.40 per year (both these costs include VAT). That is the equivalent of just £2.10 per week (or around 30p per day) if you go for the monthly option, or just £1.32 per week (or 19p per day) if you opt for the yearly. When we put it like that, we hope that this seems like a worthy and accessible investment into your personal growth and social circle. And we know that if you use just some of the benefits of this membership, it will have a truly positive impact on your life.
