Description
Women Written Right
Cuvee, Glasgow, Sunday 14th June, 12-3.30pm
This June, we’re gathering over cake, fizz and conversation to celebrate the stories that stay with us, the ones that make us feel seen, understood and quietly powerful.
Women Written Right is a celebration of fiction by women, centring characters who feel real, layered and unapologetically human. These are the women on the page who feel like friends, sisters, mirrors of ourselves, complex, flawed, brilliant and unforgettable.
Set in the beautiful surroundings of Cuvee, this Book Lovers Afternoon Tea Party (created in collaboration with author, Glasgow Telly Fest founder and master of storytelling Claire Duffy) brings together a panel of female authors to share their stories, inspiration and experiences of writing women’s lives with honesty and heart. No pressure to have read anything, just a celebration of fiction, creativity and connection.
Whether you’re a lifelong reader or someone rediscovering the joy of books, this is an afternoon designed to feel relaxed, welcoming and full of literary magic.
