In June, we’re bringing our Diamond members together for an intimate evening at The Ivy Glasgow – a chance to slow things down and step into the kind of conversations that leave you feeling energised, inspired, and elevated.
You’ll enjoy a gorgeous two-course dinner in the luxe private room at The Ivy, a delicious Ellis Gin cocktail on arrival (or mocktail equivalent), and an inspiring fireside chat with Tracey McNellan, Publisher and Editor-in-Chief of Scottish Woman Magazine.
With a career spanning senior leadership roles across media, radio and publishing, Tracey has spent years building brands, shaping strategy, and creating platforms that champion and connect women across Scotland.
She brings a wealth of experience in marketing, commercial growth, and storytelling – along with a refreshingly honest perspective on what it really takes to build something meaningful.
But more than that, this evening is about the in-between moments – where our Diamonds can share wins, challenges, and honest conversations from the first half of the year.
We’ve kept this one intentionally small to protect that energy.

About our guest speaker, Tracey McNellan
Tracey’s career spans decades at the very top of the media industry. Starting at Radio Clyde, she quickly rose through the ranks to become Commercial Director and then Managing Director, before going on to lead major brands within Global, including Capital FM, Heart and Smooth FM across Scotland and the North of England.
An entrepreneurial leader at heart, Tracey has always approached her roles with a business-owner mindset and in 2020, she stepped fully into that space by launching Go Radio during the pandemic, building a loyal and engaged audience from the ground up.
Most recently, in 2024, she acquired Scottish Woman Magazine – her first independent business – which she is now growing with a clear vision, championing women across Scotland and creating a platform that connects, celebrates and elevates female voices.
She brings a wealth of experience in leadership, commercial growth, marketing and storytelling – alongside a refreshingly honest perspective on what it really takes to build something meaningful.
