Tell us about your businesses, the inspiration behind it and when you launched it?
I launched my business in 2022 instead of going back to work after maternity leave and I now help creative entrepreneurs create their version of freedom through meditation, EFT, human design and coaching techniques.
I’ve always wanted to work for myself and had started training in holistic therapies with the idea to work from home and trained in Transformational Coaching meaning to add it to my holistic services but it was so life changing I decided to go all in with it as it’s own business.
We’re not taught half the stuff our mind is capable of and I love that I get to speak to women about their dreams and goals and support them figure out the best way for them to make them happen.
Best piece of advice you were given at the start of your business journey?
When networking, instead of “what can I get out of the conversation” think “What can I give”
What has been your biggest lesson/ challenge faced so far and how did you overcome it?
Visibility has been a big challenge for me, not just showing up for business but feeling confident in the message that I specifically want to share. Although I knew “what” I should be doing I needed some help shifting it and decided to invest in Somatic Coaching (Emmy – The Spiritual Scientist) and Spiritual Coaching (with Emma Anderson – The Spiritual Biz Witch) which was a game changer for me.
What is your number 1 business tip for success?
Decide what success looks like for you, otherwise you’ll be working towards something, in the end, you don’t even want.
What are the big business goals for the next year?
I’ve been offering group coaching for the last 3 years so this year is all about taking what I learned from that and finalising my 1:1 offers to bring about real transformations which I’m really excited about.
How can the GGC Business membership help?
What you do already helps a lot! But maybe creating a launchpad space where new / existing business owners could introduce themselves, launch a new service or highlight an existing offer?
What’s the dream?
To play my part in eradicating the gender pay gap and building the confidence of young girls and women so they can live on their terms.
