Tell us about your businesses, the inspiration behind it and when you launched it?
I spent most of my life struggling with chronic skin issues; breakouts, rosacea and extreme dryness. Over time, it became more than a skin problem; it became the root of many of my insecurities. I tried everything: medical treatments, diet and lifestyle changes, countless products. Nothing truly helped. So I started looking deeper into the ingredients I was putting on and in my body. That’s when I discovered a European skincare company doing something completely different; removing water from skincare and replacing it with a powerful olive leaf elixir. I was skeptical, but I tried it. It transformed my skin and, more importantly, the way I saw myself. Then, just as I was beginning to feel like myself again, the career I had poured more than two decades into as a Producer came to an abrupt end. I was suddenly starting over. My confidence was shaken and had very little idea of what came next. In July 2025, that same skincare company opened its doors to the direct-to-consumer market. I saw a rare ground-floor opportunity and decided to take the chance. What began as a personal skincare transformation became a new business, a new purpose, and a completely unexpected new chapter in my life.
Best piece of advice you were given at the start of your business journey?
Be yourself. Don’t try to reinvent yourself, that your story and your passion are genuine and will speak for itself.
You will never be “ready” for big life changes, you just have to take the chance and figure it out as you go!
What has been your biggest lesson/ challenge faced so far and how did you overcome it?
I am not a salesperson, and lack confidence. I have a hard time with rejection & criticism. So starting a business in sales was never a place I thought I would land.
I am still working on these challenges, but after a year they are getting easier. I now see all the “no’s” as important stepping stones to my goals, rather than rejection.
What is your number 1 business tip for success?
Consistency! Show up everyday for your business. If you want your business to have a full time income, you can’t show up, part time.
What are the big business goals for the next year?
I am expanding my customer base, and my team of consultants and breaking new ground in the UK for Olive Tree People.
I am seeking to have the biggest network in the region for the company. I also want to continue to educate the importance of going
Waterless and wanting to do better for our bodies, both externally and internally.
How can the GGC Business membership help?
As a new person to Scotland, building new relationships will be important for every aspect of my life, personally and professionally.
The biggest help for me, will be to help me with exposure and idea’s and support on where I can go, things to join.
Your expertise on what works well, and everything in between.
Making connections is an important part of any business, and I see all the organized events as great opportunities to connect with others.
I would love to do collaborations and pop up so everyone can experience what I have to offer, while also helping others I collaborate with get the same exposure.
If there was a way I can help with locations and help with exposure to pop up events.. that would be so incredible!
What’s the dream?
To have a sustainable income that gives me the freedom to live the way I want, while leading my team to pursue their own dreams. To work alongside others to help them believe they can take chances and they can build something that is their very own. To be a leader that inspires others that they are worthy of more, all the while feeling more confident in their beautiful glowing skin.

- I used to work in the Film/Television industry as an artist & a Producer, and I have over 80 film/tv credits to my name.
- I love a good giggle session.. and just might have the loudest laugh in the group!
- I’m usually up for anything and I love spontaneous adventures… and trust me there have been some crazy ones!
