Meet the Member – Rosalie Collins, Kiwi Nutrition
Name, business name
Rosalie Collins, Kiwi Nutrition
Tell us about your businesses, the inspiration behind it and when you launched it?
I spent my late teens and early twenties struggling with significant health issues, gut problems, hormonal imbalances, and overall fatigue. I was on multiple medications but still didn’t feel well. It was frustrating and exhausting, and I knew I wanted something different for my life. I began researching, changing my diet and lifestyle, and gradually started to feel better. That journey inspired me to complete a degree in Nutritional Therapy and ultimately create Kiwi Nutrition, a clinic dedicated to helping people in situations similar to what I once experienced.
Best piece of advice you were given at the start of your business journey?
“Why not… put yourself forward for things that maybe you feel you’re not ready for? Apply for opportunities even if you don’t tick all the boxes. The only way to move forward is to step outside your comfort zone.” That advice has guided me every step of the way.
What has been your biggest lesson/ challenge faced so far and how did you overcome it?
I’ve learned that comfort doesn’t equal growth. It’s so easy to stick with the traditional or “safe” path, but real progress happens when you push yourself beyond what feels familiar. Embracing uncertainty and trusting myself has been the key to overcoming this challenge.
What is your number 1 business tip for success?
Invest in yourself and your knowledge, never stop learning, and don’t be afraid to pivot when something isn’t working. Your growth fuels your business.
What are the big business goals for the next year?
To expand Kiwi Nutrition’s reach through online consultations, workshops, and creating accessible resources so that more people can take control of their health with confidence. I also want to build a supportive community around nutrition and wellness.
How can the GGC Business membership help?
Being part of a supportive community helps me stay accountable, inspired, and constantly learning.
What’s the dream?
To grow Kiwi Nutrition into a recognised hub for functional health, where people feel empowered, informed, and supported on their health journeys.
Fave mantra to get you buzzed up for business!
“Progress over perfection.” It reminds me to keep moving forward, even if everything isn’t perfect.
