Hi, I’m Claire, the coach behind C W Coaching. I’m a qualified Personal Trainer and nutrition coach who helps plus size women build strength, confidence, and healthier habits that actually fit into real life.
I started C W Coaching in 2024 to create a supportive space for women who might feel overwhelmed by the fitness industry, are getting back into exercise after time away, or simply want a realistic approach to improving their health. My coaching focuses on consistency over perfection – no extreme diets, no quick fixes, just simple, sustainable changes that add up over time.
I offer both online and in-person coaching, as well as structured 8-week programmes designed to help women feel stronger, fitter, and more confident in their bodies.
My goal isn’t just to help you lose weight, but to help you build habits and confidence that last well beyond the programme. Fitness should support your life, not take it over.
