Tell us about your businesses, the inspiration behind it and when you launched it?
I suffered a misdiagnosis at 36 and had an awful few years afterward having a complete hysterectomy (wrong meditation etc) and I almost lost my life) 5 years ago I began to get my mental health in order and 3 years ago I have transformed my life so began to study Menopause, cold water therapy, meditation, reiki, and sound healing. Now I am a Menopause coach with many bows to my string in order to help women in Menopause to ensure they don’t suffer as I did. Now I lead trauma informed classes to help women lead more relaxed lives, grounded and stress free.
