Taking the mic today is Ceza Ouzounian

Ceza Ouzounian is an award-winning Pilates instructor and founder of Warrior in Training, with a Pilates studio based in Paisley. Recognised as one of Small Business Saturday’s SmallBiz100, Ceza combines over a decade of teaching experience with a deep passion for helping clients unlock their strength, confidence, and connection to their bodies.Her approach is grounded in empathy and expertise, supporting clients through every stage of life, from pregnancy and postpartum recovery to perimenopause and beyond.

Having personally navigated a 3rd degree tear during childbirth, Ceza is especially passionate about pelvic floor health and empowering women to feel strong and capable again. Through her signature blend of precise instruction and supportive energy, Ceza helps clients move better, feel better, and rediscover what their bodies are truly capable of, and they are capable of amazing things.Ceza offers in person group and private classes at her studio in Paisley, online group classes and on-demand classes.

What to expect in the GGC group on the 8th December

Ready to get your body moving and feeling great with Pilates?

Then join me, Ceza, on 8th December for a mat Pilates class. The classes will work the whole body. We focus on the core and expand out to the rest of the body, so you’ll feel the core, abs, back, glutes and legs working. A really good way to get the body moving, especially if you’ve been sitting all day or feeling a bit stiff.

All you need to join in is a mat. The classes will be suitable for all levels and ages and I will give options.

At 12pm, I will be jumping on a live in the main GGC group to do a 55 minute Pilates session.
At 7.30pm, you can join me free in person at my studio in Paisley (43-45 George Street, PA1 2JY – only 6 spaces available) or online via Zoom. As I will be able to see you with this class, I can give corrections and any modifications that are necessary.
