Tell us about your businesses, the inspiration behind it and when you launched it?
I wanted a business with a scalable business model and to work from home. I chose a cleaning franchise where I don’t have to do the cleaning. I am instead involved in the management of staff and clients, and aim to provide a 5 star service!
Best piece of advice you were given at the start of your business journey?
Fake it until you make it!
What has been your biggest lesson/ challenge faced so far and how did you overcome it?
The reliability of staff is a big issue. At the start I let it really affect me as I didn’t want to let my clients down. Now I know how to deal with it more calmly and efficiently.
What is your number 1 business tip for success?
Not to think about tomorrow, just think about today.
What are the big business goals for the next year?
To double my income and remain the fastest growing franchisee in Well Polished
